Our Vision & Project
Kactus is located on one of Cambodia’s last untouched islands – a wild, natural paradise free of roads and concrete development. We are a community. Our goal is to provide a space where everyone – guests, staff and volunteers – can reconnect with nature, explore personal growth and share their skills.

Here’s how you can contribute:
Hospitality & Guest Experience
Support our team with food and beverage service, guest satisfaction,
and keeping shared spaces tidy and inviting.
You’ll help create a caring atmosphere where guests feel
seen, heard and at home.
Eco Projects
Beach cleaning, environmental care such as-gardening and beautifying our space.
Sustainability projects and low-tech enthusiast are more than welcome
to share their knowledge and contribute to Kactus' evolution.
Specialized Skills
Share your practice by guiding others through yoga, meditation, martial arts,
or alternative healing—with presence, care, and awareness of each guest’s personal journey.
You’ll also help prepare and tidy the space before and after sessions, ensuring it remains
welcoming, grounded, and ideal for transformation.
Content Creation & Promotion
We welcome storytellers of all kinds—writers, photographers, videographers, and creatives—
who feel called to capture the essence of Kactus and share it with the world.
Whether through travel blogs, reels or video creation, contributing to our photo library,
or sharing meaningful social media content.
Your role is to reflect the soul of this place and help others feel its magic from afar.
