Take the daily Kactus boat which departs at 1:30 PM from Mittali Restaurant in Otres Beach. The boat ride takes about 1 hour. You can reach Otres Beach by shared taxi from Kampot, Sihanoukville town, or the airport for $10 per car (4 people max). Private taxis are also available from Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Kampot and Kep. Let Kactus know your arrival plans in advance as there is no public ferry service to the island.

There is no convenience store on the island, though Kactus has a small shop and basic first aid supplies.
